Day 8 - 11th March (Lesson & Wal-Mart)

Lesson as usual at 9am, learnt about Gantt chart and Resource usage chart which makes us draw lots of BOXES and I think our eye-sight are going to deteriorate soon !!! Ms Neo ended the lesson at around 12pm as most of us are falling sick and she wants us to get sufficient rest. Lunch in school and the whole canteen only consist of…US! We found out that the students in WUST have their break at 12 and they eat super fast and rush off for their lesson. We settled down at the canteen around 1230, the canteen is almost empty and we have to eat SUPER QUICK as the vendors told us that it’s going to be their closing hour.


After which, we have movies marathon for the next few hours before the local students Chao Ran, Ji Long and Meng Jie, join us for dinner at a shopping mall around 10 mins bus journey from our campus. While waiting for the bus, we met a cute local kid and she is so adorable till all of us wanted to get a shoot with her :D . We had Mcdonalds!!! They offer more than what we can find in Singapore’s Mcdonald’s menu and all of us think that it actually tastes nicer than those we in Singapore.
After dinner, we went to Wal-Mart to shop around and other than food again, the guys got themselves some entertainment.






Reflection
Lesson was very tiring today maybe due to the lack of sleep as the connection in the dorm is really driving us nuts. Every night we spend around 1 hour plus just to get the connection and still, it cannot assure us that there will be connection even after trying for many hours. So it’s kind of like wasting our time to find connection in the room, still finding alternatives to solve our problem so that we can get our blog updated. Enjoy ourselves very much together with the local students. We really click well with them and hope they could come Ngee Ann for immersion programme like us so that we could show them around Singapore!
